Paco Laburantes is a 19-year-old classmate of Jodio's, and part of the gang.They wield the stand Smooth Operators, consisting of small robots that have the capability of displacing things. Dragona is biologically male but presents feminine, including breast implants and women's clothing. Dragona Joestar is Jodio's 18-year-old sibling, who in addition to being part of the gang works in a fashion boutique.Using his stand, November Rain, he can create raindrops with crushing force.

Despite his popularity among his peers, he finds it difficult to be truly happy and is diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder.
